please note that some Landlords may have certain restrictions shown below:

• Housing Benefit
• Students
Please ask an agent if the property you are interested in has any of these restrictions.
Timescales
After choosing your property and being accepted you may move in as soon as the agent can prepare the documentation. This also depends on weather there is a tenant currently loving at the property.
Advance Payment
Please make note that an advanced payment of a month's rent and the security deposit must be paid before the keys can be released.
Rent
your rent can be paid in various methods (cash/standing order/cheque) which suits you best. This can be discussed with the agent you are dealing with.
Tenants Insurance
The Landlord is not responsible for insuring any of your personal belongings. Therefore we strongly recommend that you obtain adequate contents insurance.
Utilities
Depending on the property you are moving into these may or may not apply to you. If the agreement requires you to pay for the utilities, then RV Estates will contact the following in order inform them about your move.
• Water
• Gas
• Electricity
• Council tax
• Tv licensing agency
